Season Rates, by Reservation

We are generally open for trail rides from April 1st through October 31st. Your safety is our first concern and so in the early spring some trails may be closed due to wet or muddy conditions.  Please call if you are going to be in the area before March 1st or after November 1st, if the weather permits we would love to take you out riding.

Regular Season Ride Schedule (June-August):

Timberland Ride 8:45am and 2pm Daily

Private RidePrivate Ride………………….$100 per person per hour (tax included)
When you would like to enjoy the scenic Columbia Gorge with that someone special, or if you are an experienced rider who would like the opportunity to go a little faster, the private ride is what you’re looking for. Your guide will take only your group on the ride of your choice.


Buckaroo Ride

Buckaroo Ride………………$50 per person (tax included)
NEW for 2013!! This ride includes The Adventure Trail and the High Prairie Loop. Enjoy a beautiful, cool creek ride, with lots of vegetation and plenty of excitement. This ride has a great variety of terrain, with some hills, and two creek crossings. Shade, sun, and excellent scenery! During the late summer and fall, you can reach right off the back of your horse and pluck off some ripe, juicy, wild blackberries to eat on the way. The Buckaroo Ride is approximately one hour.


Horse Camp Ride

Timberland Ride………..$100.00 per person (tax included)

 The Timberland Ride starts off with The Adventure Trail and High Prairie Loop Ride. Then we climb much higher. Beautiful views of MT. Hood and the White Salmon Valley! We often see deer and other wildlife! There are multiple opportunities to ride faster on this ride, and your guide will evaluate and make that decision. Your guide has total discretion on this regard. A safe ride is our number one priority. We make riding faster easy too! Approximately 2 hours. (picture does not reflect the ride at this time) 


Waterfall RideWindy Ridge Ride………..$150.00 per person (tax included)

 This ride consists of The Adventure Trail, High Prairie Loop, and the Timberland Ride. Then we ride even higher! Spectacular views!! Approximately 3 hours. (picture does not reflect the ride at this time)



Paddles & Saddles………………$180 per person (tax included)
The perfect ride for whitewater cowboys! Explore the Gorge and The White Salmon River, on this unique vacation expedition. N W Lake Riding Stables is teaming up with Zoller’s Outdoor Odysseys and Wet Planet Rafting to offer this opportunity to combine whitewater rafting, lunch, and horseback riding in one incredible all day adventure. This expedition is suitable for all ability levels. You don’t need any prior whitewater rafting or horseback riding experience to enjoy this once in a lifetime expedition.



2015 – We also offer the Summer Evening Ride! This is the Buckaroo Ride or the 2 hour Timberland Ride by RESERVATION ONLY. Please call 509-493-4965 for pricing, available times, and booking.

This is a modified version of the Timberland Ride, but in the dark! Stars galore and the night lights of White Salmon! You need to experience a night ride!
